Our first translated title to get strong critical recognition was Garmann’s Summer (written and illustrated by Stian Hole, translated by Don Bartlett), which we published in 2008. And with our children’s books, we look for titles that can open up a wider world for young readers by presenting new perspectives and ideas, cultures and history that readers might not be aware of.
